- Deep understanding of Splunk internal processes of every Splunk component in a distributed deployment
- Deep understanding of the internals of Splunk ITSI
- 10+ years of experience working with data and various data platforms
- 5+ years of experience in a Splunk Administration role working in a Splunk clustered environment
- 5+ Year s experience in Linux and SQL/ODBC interfaces
- 5+ Year s experience in using REST API s
- Experience in Human Centered Design UX/UI
- Working Knowledge of Change & Configuration Management.
- Strong problem solving abilities with an analytic and qualitative eye for reasoning under pressure.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
- Ability to script in two or more of the following computer languages Python, Bash, JavaScript or PowerShell
- Initially will be required to work remotely. Likely to transition to 100% government space in a few months.
- Knowledge of Defense Health Agency networks and programs
- Security+ or CISSP certification (must have within 6 months)
- Splunk Certified Architect certification
