Workday Reporting Analyst San Antonio, TX Long Term- Develop and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT)
- Trained with experience to Build and managing PRISM objects using BIRT report in workday
- Respond to all incoming Workday HR reporting requests from across the organization
- Gather requirements, design, configure/build, test, and deliver reporting solutions to meet business needs
- Analyze and consolidate reporting requirements to leverage existing reports where applicable
- Collaborate with HRIS leads in establishing reporting standards and Provide guidance on complex reporting needs to HRIS team
- 5+ years of advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered reports and building and maintaining custom reports
