- This role serves as a key role during the implementation process of Workday for the client.
- This role will require the candidate to develop, test, and deploy integration both in and out of the Workday system.
- This role will require you to collaborate with members of other functional departments as well as heads in order to determine the best business processes for integration.
- The candidate also must be able to mentor and assist the junior developers within the team.
- Create integrations within Workday as well as advanced, customized reports.
- Should be master in Studio Integration part.
- Strong knowledge of workday module integration and downstream, cross-functional impacts.
- Work collaboratively during all phases of the implementation life cycle which includes gathering requirements, designing, testing, transitioning, and overall support.
- Work in a timely manner to meet appropriate delivery times/dates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency.
- Perform testing of integrations when updates to Workday will affect the status of the project.
- Manage any necessary documentation for change management.
- Manage and mentor the junior developers.
- Aid in the best practices of the Workday system.
