Opening duties: Blowing Leaves, mopping floors, assisting with table setup
Primary duties: Washing pots, pans and other dishware in 3 compartment sink, cleaning glasses in dishwasher
Additional tasks: assists servers carrying food to customers, clearing dirty dishes from tables, general cleanup around the restaurant
Closing duties: clean dishwashing area, sweeping and mopping, taking trash to dumpsters, bathroom
