Responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen Operations
The Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef is responsible for all kitchen functions, including but not limited to recipe execution, food purchasing, receiving, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness. The Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef is responsible for the training of employees in connection with all the above-mentioned tasks. This position reports to the General Manager.
The perfect candidate will have experience in high volume restaurants, multi-level a plus, with 3 different shifts. Must be a go-getter with good work ethic, possess a "can do" attitude, willing to work long hours and have a passion for restaurants. Minimum of 5 years Kitchen Management. Experience with Openings a huge plus.
