Job Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates as well as administer appropriate assessments.
Perform client walk through with potential candidates.
Work closely with co-workers to build a strong pool of candidates.
Conduct PPE and GMP audits with On-site team.
Ensure the processing of time-cards in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations and compliance.
Investigate and follow up on all employee injuries.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) Recruiter Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
1+ year of experience in staffing or a high-volume recruiting environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must pass background and drug test
