We are an established but growing full service residential Property Management company that focuses primarily on the management of single family homes, duplexes, fourplexes and some light retail shopping centers. Most of our portfolio is located in Northwest and North Central San Antonio. We also perform property renovations on a regular basis.

This position would focus on addressing work orders for light carpentry, plumbing and electrical issues as they arise. This individual would also be responsible for the lawn care and maintenance of our vacant properties and properties currently under going renovations.

The ideal candidate must be professional in appearance as you will be representing our company and may be in the presence of tenants during work orders being completed. You will be detail oriented and able to complete your tasks without oversight. You would also be expected to identify potential issues that need to addressed even though they were not assigned to you to be done. In that case, you would alert your supervisor who could then assign the additional work to be completed immediately since you are already onsite if permitted.

Previous plumbing and light electrical work experience preferred. You will need a clean driving record for this position and able to pass a background check.

We provide all lawn maintenance and tools to complete all projects. Compensation is $14-16 per hour depending on experience plus bonus. We also offer 401k with 6% match, Holiday Pay, Paid Vacation time and Health Savings Plan contribution. Duties include but are not limited to lawn care (mowing, trimming, debris removal, tree pruning) to light plumbing, electrical, demolition and general carpentry.

Must have a clean Texas Drivers License. Attention to detail is a must as well as a strong work ethic and organization skills.
