We are a streamlined marketing and sales organization looking for an outgoing, experienced marketer to canvass neighborhoods and schedule appointments for our solar specialists. We sell top-of-the-line products and services that will both save homeowners money each month and increase the value of their home. Our specialists are strictly commission-based and have a closing rate of over 65% on pitched appointments.
This position will begin primarily as a canvassing role but has the potential to quickly evolve into a management position. If you are supremely confident in your canvassing ability but need an opportunity to substantially grow and stabilize your income, we are looking for a money-motivated field rep who can help turn our canvassing department into a well-oiled machine.
Employment Type:
Independent contracting, commission-based.
Compensation:
$1,000 per set & sold appointment plus substantial percentage of all canvasser sales.
Responsibilities include:
-Canvassing neighborhoods, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments.
-Assisting in recruitment and training of new canvassers.
-Overseeing/management of team’s daily canvassing activities.
-Maintaining excellent communication with company managers.
Applicants must:
-Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow.
-Be available to work full-time.
-Have previous canvassing experience; solar experience is preferred.
-Attend remote training online.
-Have a valid, working drivers’ license and car.
-Have a working smartphone or tablet.
