We are looking for a part-time front desk receptionist to become a team member in our rapidly expanding practice. Duties include but are not limited to:
greeting clients and checking them in
heavy outbound calls (telemarketing experience a plus)
filing
answering phones
Creating and organizing patient charts
Successful applicants will demonstrate a positive, ENERGETIC and OUTGOING personality. We are looking for someone with neat and proper presentation and an outstanding capacity for responsibility, excellent people skills, multitasking and communication. The is an entry level position but experience is a plus.
