Our well-established automotive repair facility in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts and Service Clerical Associate to join our professional team. With nearly 60 years of continuous service to our community, we are proud of our reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who want to contribute to the smooth operation of our parts and service departments while gaining valuable experience in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process invoicing for parts and service transactions
Handle parts credits by tracking, reconciling, and ensuring accurate documentation
Oversee distribution of parts to the appropriate technicians or departments
Conduct timely follow-up on outstanding parts orders and backorders
Manage freight credits and ensure proper allocation and documentation
Coordinate freight distribution to guarantee timely delivery of parts
Create and maintain follow-up records to support efficient workflow and customer service
Work Schedule
Part-time: Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with IT systems, including invoicing and inventory software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Previous clerical, administrative, or automotive experience preferred
