Our Property Management Company is currently looking to hire a positive, motivated self-starter HVAC Certified Maintenance Tech for our 74 unit property located on the Southeast Side of San Antonio. This individual must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. If you have at least 2+ years in property maintenance and are HVAC certified, we would love to hear from you.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.
Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
Ability to work independently
Ability to be on-call for responding after-hour emergencies (weekends, evenings and holidays)
Required Experience:
Minimum of two year of experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is preferred.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair

Pay Rate Depending on experience/Must be HVAC Certified.
