Chula Vista Properties is seeking for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for performing repairs, HVAC would be helpful, plumbing and electrical issues and also Make Ready. Must be dependable and have experience in general maintenance.
Chula Vista is a Real-estate Company, and it does require for the maintenance tech to have transportation, as the individual will be going to different houses within San Antonio. Must have own tools.
