ROYL Asset Management is a local family owned business. We own and manage apartment complexes in the central Texas area. We are constantly growing and we are looking for capable professionals to grow with us. This position is for a Maintenance Person to work in a 68-unit apartment community in southeast San Antonio. Responsibilities required for this position include:
Answer tenant maintenance calls.
Perform handyman repairs that entail minor experience in plumbing, electric and HVAC.
Replace HVAC air filters on regular intervals.
Source parts required to perform jobs and make purchases.
Walk every unit on regular pest control treatment days with the extermination professional.
Inspect carports, fences, playgrounds and building exteriors regularly.
Keep inventory of tools and equipment.
Requirements for this positions:
2+ years of experience as a maintenance person.
A team player coordinating activities with the property manager.
Must pass background check and drug test.
