We are hiring for an outgoing and dependable cashier and team leader to join our team!

JOB TITLE: CASHIER

Essential Functions:

Identify items and corresponding cost of items and tabulate bills quickly and accurately using cash register, calculator, or other price equipment.

Issue receipts or change due to customers accurately.

Maintain cash register and contents within.

Turn in cash drawer and sales reconciliation shift's end.

Smile and greet customers entering the store; answer customer questions and provide information on company products; thank each customer

Maintain clean and orderly cash station area; stock and maintain cash station area with various supplies and products

Skill and Knowledge Requirements include:

Partial High School education; High School Diploma; G.E.D. - Preferred

Mathematical Skills.

Excellent Sanitation habits.

Professional appearance.

Ability to communicate and attend to guest with the highest standards of service.

Ability to pass cash handling training

Problem sensitivity and the ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Ability to pass and obtain Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) alcohol selling license.

JOB TITLE: STORE TEAM LEADER

-Under direct supervision of store manager, provide backup supervision on as needed basis. Provide support for general promotion. Sales, security and maintenance and profitability of the store.

Essential Function:

Provide excellent customer service.

Learn understand and support company policies and procedures.

Train staff according to company policies.

Promote sales and events.

Assist with general appearance of store including but not limited to store inventory.

Perform store opening and closing procedures according to company policies and guidelines.

Provide back up at registers.

Set up and maintain store sales and displays.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements include:

Knowledge of basic supervisory and leadership skills and ability to direct staff.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and provide immediate response to staff and store needs.

Willingness to learn and to take and follow directions.

Works well with team.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English proficient for professional communication.

Additional language: Spanish an advantage

Excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office tools/excel spreadsheets).

Previous experience managing employees a must.

Overview store sales rep(s) performance on a daily basis.

Report relevant issue(s) of employees and customers to operations manager.

Report to operations manager all store maintenance issue including all remodeling and fixing to store.

Responsible for stores inventory and available merchandise.

Plan and implement promotional sales campaigns to reduce stock.

Supervise all working areas including but not limited: floor, counter, storage

Overseeing the stores performance and quality of work.

Respect store equipment and merchandise.

Making weekly scheduled tasks.

JOB TITLE: STOCK CLERK

Essential Functions:

Stock associates must possess the ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.

Primary job duties may include loading and unloading shipments, organizing backroom spaces, constructing displays, and stocking shelves.

Clerical Skills: Stock clerks typically type, file and keep accurate records to track materials.

Customer-Service: Stock clerks in stores will sometimes talk directly with customers. Being friendly and approachable while helping people find what they need on store shelves is necessary.

Attention to Detail: Stock clerks must make sure to pick up the right items and put them on the right shelves.

Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.

Design and set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.

Receive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.

Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.

Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.

Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.

Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.

Stamp, attach, or change price tags on merchandise, referring to price list.

JOB TITLE: LIQUOR SALES ASSOCIATE

Essential Functions:

Provide sensational customer service.

Maximize product sales by telling customers about products and suggestions for use.

Actively suggestive sell products through education and recommendations. Build consumer loyalty and trust.

Assure that all stock is maintained at the appropriate level by restocking cases and shelves as needed to assure adequate inventory levels of each product are displayed to avoid lost sales from product shortages.

Follow stock rotation guidelines to assure distressed and close dated product is removed from the sales floor at the appropriate time to maximize product freshness and quality for our customers.

Follow all food safety guidelines including hand washing, sanitizing, cooling, heating, and storing of product to guard against contamination and assure that all products are safe for consumption.

Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices are used at all times and to ensure that a safe working and shopping environment is maintained at all times.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area including sales floor and backroom areas that are free from debris and clutter with clean floors, cases, shelves, glass, clean and organized coolers and/or storage areas, and clean and/or sanitized equipment and/or tools as appropriate for the area.

Maintain pricing integrity by ensuring products are labeled and priced correctly and errors that do occur are immediately brought to the attention of the manager and corrected.

Enforce age identification checks on purchase of alcoholic beverages.

Follow prescribed merchandising guidelines to assure that product is presented in the most desirable way to maximize appearance, presentation, and sales.

Assist in receiving product deliveries, providing an accurate accounting of quantities and items received to assure that receiving records reflect an accurate accounting of goods delivered.

Maintain product and industry knowledge by attending seminars and wine tastings offered by distributors.
