Overview
Our direct client of more than 20 years is a prestigious Federal Integrator who provides a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to support a Federal Agency based in San Antonio, TX. The work is REMOTE; however, our client prefers candidates in the eastern or central time zones. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and specialize in Front End Development. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders with 5 years consecutive U.S. residency and be able to pass the client's background requirements. Per the President's Executive Order 14042 passed in September 2021, all Federal contractors and subcontractors providing services to the government are required to have full COVID-19 vaccinations (whether onsite or remote), except in limited circumstances where a worker receives an approved medical or religious accommodation. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent years of experience)
- 3+ years of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
- 5+ years of experience with .NET programming language
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
