Organizational Change Management Specialist
Position Description CGI Federal is seeking highly-qualified, motivated professionals to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Information Technology Service Integrator (EITSI) program. This critical technical program will simultaneously transform the DHA's existing IT infrastructure, enterprise services, governance, and organizational change management through Multisourcing Services Integration (MSI), while also providing large-scale Global Service Center (GSC) help desk support.Your future duties and responsibilities The Organizational Change Management Specialist works within the Customer Experience Office (CXO) and will lead organizational change management (OCM) activities with end-users and customers. This role will also lead survey preparation, design, delivery, and analysis, including statistical results and reporting. Assists and reviews identification of change, impact analysis of change and documentation of change to the relevant managers and stakeholders for a large-scale government contract.Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Must possess six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency desired.• Must possess IAM II commercial certificate in accordance with DoD 8570.01• Experience with Adkar Prosci• Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience• Experience with multiple modes of development/delivery for adult learning.• Experience with multi-channel communications.• Experience with using SharePoint, including advanced design techniques for surveying, and creating user facing knowledge portals as a library administrator.• Experience with national OCM efforts affecting multiple facilities and a variety of user types/roles.• Experience analyzing survey data and reporting to executives.• ITIL 4 Foundation• ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value• This position has an IT Security Designation of ADP/IT II, and a Federal Investigative Standard (FIS) Tier 3 background investigation is required for this position.This position is contingent upon contract award.#CGIFederalJobBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
