We are recruiting for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level SharePoint professional with expertise in design and architecture to join a new program supporting DoD IT modernization. Prior experience in a DoD environment with direct customer interaction is required.

Location Note: This position is based in San Antonio and currently open to remote work from a U.S. based location. Future travel may be required. Relocation assistance will be considered. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Interact with government customer and support requirements and input for existing design architecture and updates
  • Provide thought leadership to support customers current and future IT planning
  • Provide review and approval of content submitted by technical writing team
Qualifications required include:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current security clearance (minimum Secret)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; will consider military training and/or related experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of experience supporting SharePoint design and architecture
    • Strong candidates with 5-10 years of related experience who are not yet at SME level will be considered
  • Experience supporting SharePoint technology for a DoD IT environment
  • Experience providing SME level input and delivering material to government customer
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to succeed in a blended government and contractor team with technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience working with technical writing team and conducting conduct reviews and edits
  • Ability to support future travel, if requested
