Our established real estate investment company is seeking an Outside Sales Rep with outstanding face to face sales skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary, but is preferred. We are looking for people who are self starters, can take direction, and have a desire to be the best they can be.

Our company is something you might see on HGTV. We buy, renovate, and sell houses. Think Flip/Flop or Fixer Upper. What you don't see on those shows is the behind the scenes work it takes to acquire properties at a discounted price so that the houses can be renovated and sold for a profit. This is where you come in!

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be interacting with sellers who want to sell their homes quickly, for cash both in-person as well as over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

- Set and attend appointments with sellers

- Enter all appointment notes into CRM system

- Upload all photos and videos into property folder

- Analyze all potential leads and appointments

- Prepare contracts and documents and share with Transaction Coordinator upon completion

- Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database

Job Qualifications:

- Is oriented towards personal growth and improvement.

- Ability to analyze data in an accurate and efficient manner

- Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed.

- Must be able to overcome objections & negotiate well.

- Must be able to manage leads & ongoing follow ups with prospects.

- Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

- Must be able and comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM).

- Passionate about connecting people in need with helpful services.

- Independent and self-motivated to take extreme ownership of role.

- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
