- 10 years of experience in project management & Scrum Master experience including at least 3 years’ experience in Healthcare and Business Intelligence
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demo & review
- Work closely with product owner & business stakeholders in maintaining & prioritizing the release backlogs
- Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts to meet the sprint goals and deliverables
- Facilitate user story reviews with business analysis
- Responsible for end-to-end project management covering complete lifecycle starting from pre-discovery to closure
- Coordinate with different application team also with SIT, UAT, Performance Engineering Team, Release management, Configuration Management & production Support
- Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalations, problem solving and in general making sure the project is delivered or schedule, and within Scope
- Proactively identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation plan
- Conducted user feedback in identifying the pain points & developing solutions to improve productivity & efficiency
- Create opportunities for Innovation & Automation
- Healthcare experience is must
- Managing Data, ETL and Business Intelligence experience is must
- Project status in PowerPoint skills is required
- Infographic skills are preferred
- SQL skills are preferred
- ETL and Reporting skills are preferred
