Lead Document Configuration Manager
Position Description CGI Federal is seeking highly-qualified, motivated professionals to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Information Technology Service Integrator (EITSI) program. This critical technical program will simultaneously transform the DHA's existing IT infrastructure, enterprise services, governance, and organizational change management through Multisourcing Services Integration (MSI), while also providing large-scale Global Service Center (GSC) help desk support.Your future duties and responsibilities The Lead Document Configuration Manager works within the Service Management Office (SMO), reports to the (KM Branch Lead), and works with the Chief Librarian and other Senior Knowledge Librarians, Service Design SMEs, Business Analysts, Hardware and Software CI Configuration managers and the Service Management System IPT to design and maintain the Configuration Management Database used for Document Configuration Items (CIs).• Accountable for: Monitoring, managing, and improving the Document CMDB and Enterprise templates• Responsible for: Standardization of all Document Artifact Templates and the design of the Repository used to store and manage the Templates and the individual Service Artifact Documents, including process documentation formatting and repository• Coordinated with/Informed on: Changes impacting templates and Document CIsTools and Processes used include ServiceNow, SharePoint, ITIL4/ITSM Practices such as Knowledge Management, Change Enablement, and Configuration Management, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and other tools used to model process and practice documentationRequired qualifications to be successful in this role• Must possess eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency• A Federal Investigative Standard (FIS) Tier 3 background investigation is required for this positionDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency• ITIL4 Foundation, ITILv3 RCV or SOA Certificates• SharePoint and ServiceNow proficiency• ITIL SKMS/CMDB design experience• ITIL4 DPI, DSV, or CDS Certificates• SIAM Foundation CertificateThis position is contingent upon contract award.#CGIFederalJobBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
