Rackspace is hiring a Sr. Account Manager to be based out of our office in San Antonio, TX. You will own the relationship held with each customer and serve as an interface between the customer and the Rackspace support infrastructure to ensure the customer's technical, administration, and specialist support needs are met. You will partner with Sales to identify, research, and execute on opportunities to leverage the Rackspace product portfolio and to grow customers footprint.
If you have at least three years of customer relationship management experience, a bachelor's degree OR may substitute relevant IT industry experience in lieu of degree if you only have H.S. diploma, and a collaborative personality to work efficiently within internal and external teams, then we want you to apply today.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR may substitute relevant IT industry experience in lieu of degree if only have H.S. diploma
