Rackspace is hiring a Sr. Manager of Customer Care to be based out of our office in San Antonio, TX. This position provides strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers. You will manage all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy. Provides direct supervision to direct reports and provides mentoring/training to technical and account management team.

If you have a Bachelors degree and at least 6 years of Operations Management in Technology, Software, or Finance and supervisory experience with direct reports, than we want you to apply.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of Operations Management and supervisory experience within IT, Cloud, Finance, or Software industries

Excellent communications skills both externally and internally

ITIL Certification preferred

Minimum H.S. Diploma

Strong background in account management or hosting-specific technical skills
