Able to take direction and lead others to complete job in a timely matter.
Communicate with homeowners and business owners in a respectful manor.
Dress professionally at all times.
Able to understand the hardships of the jobs and realize that at the end of the day everybody is working together to accomplish the same task.
communicate with employees where and when they are at the jobsite.
Keeping employee on task and motivated.
must have your own :
Hand power tools.( skill saw, saw-zall, drills, impacts, and grinders
Transportation to and from job sites
Tool Belt w/ hammer, measuring tape, vise grip, pencil,
shovels
post hole digger
