Maintenance Tech with "A to Z" knowledge of building maintenance needed for 100+ newer houses within 1 mile radius in Northwest San Antonio. Must be self motivated and not require constant supervision. Must be HVAC certified, have your own tools and truck. Starting $26 per hour for experienced (at least 4 years) tech.
