Busy car wash looking for a high quality manager with Car Wash Management experience. Step into the roll and take advantage of the momentum that we have already created. Must be able to create and implement new systems, seek out new accounts and new marketing opportunities manage and perform vehicle detailing at a high level.
We have great customers but there is still a ton of potential to grow the business at this site. The right manager will take what we created and have ideas and suggestions to grow and strengthen the business.
Earning potential will rise with the success of the car wash. Profit sharing and if performance goals are met ownership in the business will be earned with long term performance.
I am looking for a long term operating partner, this will be a working roll and I will expect you to work alongside the employees to complete the services necessary to serve our customers.
