We are now looking to fill a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER PROCESSING REPRESENTATIVE position with the right human to become part of the Food Related team.

Job Duties will include (but are not limited to):
High telephone interaction - answering phones, assisting customers over phone
Order Processing - taking wholesale / retail orders over phone and via email, inputting them into inventory distribution system, process orders in house, follow up with customers
Welcoming and servicing visiting customers and walkins. Informing customers about new products and specials. Assisting customers with product questions.
Assist with daily office activities
Job Requirements:
2+ years’ customer service experience in a preferably hospitality related service department
High School Diploma (required)
Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person
Computer literacy including Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication, patience, empathy, positive attitude, teamwork ability and enthusiasm are imperative
Some food knowledge or strong desire to learn about our products
Great attention to detail with organizational, problem solving as well as multi-tasking skills
Must be comfortable lifting heavy items and using deli equipment.
