Root Cellar Cafe is looking for a new family member to join our team in a collaborative, non-corporate environment. If you are interested in a town staple that has been established for 14+ years and love managing people this is the ideal job for you! Ideal candidates are great with guests and the "customer experience", deadlines, basic office work, and being generally awesome. Compensation DOE, Great Bonus Structures, PTO after your first year!
Must have 3 years management experience in a busy restaurant
Corporate Restaurant Management Experience a plus!
Must be willing to manage crews up to 20 people
Money handling experience is a must
Must have knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Being handy is a plus
Creative People wanted
Problem solving skills necessary
Must being willing to take initiative on their own with little to no guidance
Must be able to work Weekends and some holidays
