The Historic Gruene Mansion Inn is hiring for Breakfast cook
This position is responsible for preparing a memorable breakfast experience, establishing a high standard of excellence and expectation:
o Food Preparation, execution, and delivery to the guest
o Prepare dinnerware & flatware, including dish washing
o Operate cooking equipment
o Brew coffee
o Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures
o Remain highly visible and be readily available for guests at all times
o Maintain Gruene Mansion Inn standards and Health Department requirements at all times
o Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
o Assist with putting food away
o Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Shift starts at 5:00am and is usually done by 12:30 or 1:00pm.
Weekends are a must.
Previous experience as a cook or chef is preferred.
