Piper Companies is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in San Diego or Seattle or Austin for the recognized leader in data and analytics, This individual will focus every day on helping customers build lasting analytic capabilities.
Responsibilities for the Senior DevSecOps Engineer include: • Responsible for supporting Identify and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in accordance with FedRAMP, and NIST 800.53 standards • Work with Cloud and security architecture teams in specifying technical requirements to support shared components deployed according to DoD RMF and Mil-Spec requirements • Review and update the FedRAMP System Security Plan (SSP), policies, and procedures as needed Requirements for the Senior DevSecOps Engineer include: • 5+ years of Cloud Operations / Engineering experience • Previous experience working within government compliance standards including FedRAMP, FISMA, and DoD RMF required • Experience with automated configuration management and deployment using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Python • Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines Experience with security and infrastructure • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experienceCompensation of the Senior DevSecOps Engineer includes: • $125,000 - $165,000 based on experience level • Full Benefits: Healthcare, Dental.
