Job DescriptionPay rate starting at $13.50 & $15.32 shift differential for nights!Shifts:A shift Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wed 7a to 7pB shift Every other Saturday, Sun, Mon, Tues 7p to 7aC shift Every other Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 7a to 7pD shift Wed, Thurs, Fri, every other Sat 7p to 7aEssential Duties FAB Area-Perform various operations associated with the processing of VCSEL wafers: photolithography (coat/develop, stepper, Karl Suss, Photo inspect), Plasma (RIE, oxidation, LAM, Gasonics), Metal (TEM, MRC, RTA, PECVD) and Characterization (IR Scope, Alphastep, wet process)-Participate actively in the preventive maintenance program.-Participate actively with the engineers in the continuous improvement of existing processes.-Be an active member of the team and meet the requirements to ensure the effective and efficient transfer of wafers into large volume manufacturing.Essential Duties - BET Area

Perform the main operations for assembling TO components. Use various semi-automated & automated assembly processes, e.g., Datacon, die attach, Kaijo autobond, etc.

Perform the main operations for back end VCSEL processing: Probe Testing, Wafer Level Burning, Wafer

Dicing, Die Sort, Substrate thinning, IR and Wafer inspection (microscope, thickness measurements, etc.)

Participate actively with the engineers in the continuous improvement of existing processes.

Test and calibrate parts to meet product specifications.

Identify units that fail tests or are outside tolerance levels.

Track production moves on CAMSTAR database.

Follow process specifications, factory rules, route sheets, and supervisory instructions to perform the functions of the job.

Be available to work OT when necessary.

Skills-Strong interpersonal/teaming skills, able to communicate with both engineering and operators.-Read, understand and speak English.-Good written communication (memos) and verbal communications skills (listening-)-Read, comprehend and follow process specifications and safety rules.-Have strong attention to detail and understand the importance of product quality.-Be able to perform repetitive tasks and have manual dexterity.RequirementsSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSExperience

One to three threes experience working in a semiconductor processing clean room environment.

Experience processing III-V materials is a big plus.
