Grinders Needed

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently hiring Grinders for a global manufacturing facility located in Slaton, Texas. Responsibilities will include:Maintaining high safety standards and following all company safety rulesOperating various electric and pneumatic hand tools to remove flashing from iron castings: chipping hammer, die grinder, and hand grinderOperating stand grinder and bench grinder as neededGrinding castings utilizing bench tables and fixturesOperating hoist to handle castings in a safe mannerGrinding castings of varying shapes and sizes in a safe mannerUtilizing provided PPE when grinding (protective face hood, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs) as well as employee owned metatarsal guard safety shoesPerforming related duties as assignedRequirementsAt least 1 year of construction, roofing, or other heavy labor work experienceHighlightsThis is a temp-to-hire position with excellent benefits upon permanent hire.Why Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
