It is our people who develop and deliver powerful solutions that meet the current and future needs for our airline, hotel, and travel agency customers.Job DescriptionUnder direct supervision, the contributor intern will support the Cybersecurity & Risk organization in project and operational work as needed. Reports to the Chief of Staff, with a dotted line reporting to the Director of Cyber Threat Management. The Cyber Threat Intern position will work within the Cyber Threat Management team with exposure to, among other things; digital forensic analysis, understanding of the stages of an advanced cyber-attack, typical tactics and techniques of an attacker, cyber threat alert analysis and remediation.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.Review and evaluate daily/weekly cyber threat intelligence reports.Provide first level monitoring and investigations.Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering.Record and track IT cyber incidents.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements Job RequirementsEDUCATION: The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in a related field, with a graduation date between August 2020 and June 2021.EXPERIENCE: Proficient computer software skills.
