Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations, this role will sit as one of the leaders in a newly formed organization. The Business Operations team has three distinct groups: Operational Support, Portfolio Analysis & Process Improvement, and Data & Analytics. This role will lead the Operational Support team within Business OperationsThis is an exciting opportunity to be an architect in a new organization that will sit at the heart of our business. Our mission is to provide a holistic view of the business while being intently focused on improved commercial and operational decision making. Interested candidates should be passionate about challenging the status quo, passionate about managing teams and people, and passionate about driving change and value add analysis.The Director of Business Operations will be an advisor to the executive team and partner with them managing business operations. The Director and their team will create analyses that drive insights to inform operational improvements, enable functions to collaborate and operate more efficiently, and evaluate business performance. Day to Day Operations: Enable respective functions to execute, and evaluate business performance without bias and cohesively. Stakeholder Management: Structure analyses and create materials to help teams optimize operating efficiency and communicate to cross-functional teams/executive stakeholders. Change Management: Evaluate metrics, reports, and processes for improved transparency and alignment across the organizationKey Areas of ResponsibilityOperations Manage a team of analysts that support the various organizations within Hospitality Solutions. Ensure cross-functional cohesion between sales, product, delivery and development Drive monthly business operation meetings across Hospitality Solution Support Hospitality Solutions executive leadership team in quarterly and annual planning and budgeting processes in partnership with FP&A and other key stakeholders. Conduct deep dives into operational or functional topics as needed. Business POC on office infrastructure, HC planning and other key resources/investments across the regions. Work with executive leaders to proactively identify and solve operational problemsBusiness Analysis Work closely FP&A to develop consistent reporting dashboards, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Assess business performance and help deep dive into areas of strength and weakness on regular basis. Enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders. KPI design and implementation Create materials to communicate business performance effectively to key stakeholders across the organizationJob Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalen. MBA preferred.EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of work experience with strong analytical and business backgrounds.
