Job Description: Looking for Network Engineer who is specialize in DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) functions and can design, engineer and operate datacenter systems and specialized components of a DNS, DCHP & IPAM, infoblox and BlueCat experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Requires detailed level understanding of DNS technologies. Requires understanding of typical network technologies and subnet allocations on Cisco, Juniper and other network hardware vendors.
  • Experience with Cisco NxOS, Cisco IOS-XE, Cisco IOS, Juniper, Palo Alto and other network devices and operating systems is a plus.
  • Design, engineer & operate DNS, DHCP & IPAM technologies.
  • Manage multiple DNS domains & subdomains.
  • Create detailed DNS, DHCP & IPAM architecture and engineering topology maps
  • Recommend architectural changes to reduce maintenance expenses while maximizing return on investment
  • Create detailed, copy and paste, engineering scripts for network add, move, and change activity.
  • Create change records in ServiceNow and communicate risk and impacts to Change Approval Boards
  • Implement changes for add, move, and change activity
  • Perform lifecycle management on DDI infrastructure components.
  • DDI to Service Now integration is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintains worldwide DDI infrastructure; investigates and resolves network and hardware failures
  • Architect, engineer and provide Tier4 support on DDI technologies on Infoblox
  • Detailed understanding of DNS technologies; Root Servers, Sub Domains, Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDN), Name Servers, Zone Files & Zone file transfers, DNS Records

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
  • Four or more years of experience with DDI
  • Must have senior level experience working in datacenter and WAN environments
  • Must have senior level experience in DNS, DHCP & IPAM solutions
