Video engineer developer 2. Job Summary : Design , develop and onboard Virtual network functions as per Verizon standards and specification. Develop network services and container orchestration to catalog the VNF/CNF into orchestrators like HPE NFVD in Verizon wireless/Wireline networks. Automate the Day-0 on-boarding process where ever possible using Scripts & ansible. Create VNF/CNF specific Ansible playbooks for Day-1/Day-X Configuration. Candidate should be very good in networking & routing concepts, SDN-NFV, Orchestration Automation, 4G & 5G technologies. Very good understanding of Openstack, Cloud Orchestrator and Scripting. Scripting (python, Perl, Shell, Curl, Ansible, etc). 3. Shift :General 08Am to 05PM PST 4. Roles & Responsibilities :Create the HL Design and detailed design document with the support of architects for the assigned scope - Review all deliverables created by the Developer - Study non functional requirements and design for NFR as required - Understand the interdependencies of the various components in work packages being developed - Create detailed design and assign to developer provide input to the Project Manager / Technical Lead to create the project plan from a technical perspective support development of proof of concept as designed by Designer / Solution Architect initiate development environment setup - Provide demo to customer for early feedback create quality check points for all deliverables. 5.
