RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking a Logistics Project Coordinator for their enterprise technology client in Spring, TX. This individual will be a single point of contact to support a team of engineers with any logistical, shipping, receiving, and equipment tracking needs. The Retail Logistics Project Coordinator will be handling the entire process from start to finish of ordering and delivering equipment to the team and managing inventory onsite. The Retail Logistics Project Coordinator will also handle all domestic and international shipments, manage incoming shipments, troubleshoot shipping issues and requesting temporary part numbers.
Duties of the Retail Logistics Project Coordinator: Work on Domestic and International shipping for multiple departments within the Business Group, ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices Save shipment documentation and notify concerned parties of activity; Track receipt Manage receiving of incoming shipments Troubleshoot shipping issues that arise and work to solve them. Request temporary part numbers. Assist in maintaining the groups stockroom through organizing and cleaning on a regular basis Work with different groups within the team to transfer items to and from other departments Create purchase orders from scratch and work through issues with international monetary amounts Remain current on trainings and knowledge of legal requirements for International shippingWhile working as a Kforce employee you have the option to receive paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay along with access to our robust benefit package.
