Job Requirements

Responsibilities: Defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level.

Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies.

Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into HP's business systems.

Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities.

Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.

Specialist: Applies experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.

Ability to handle most unique situations.

May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI. Working knowledge of procurement (e.g. inventory, costing, analytics) ISM. APICS certifications a plus.
