JOB Description:- Role: Consists of connecting, configuring, and managing conferencing solutions.

Technical Skills:

· Set up the SpaceX system and keep the image/FWs updated for each Dogfood meeting room (currently HOU 8; HOU plans to add 12 more rooms with Wave1 MV coming). · Check each room daily to ensure the devices are at the right place and working normally, log the status (All good? Black screen? Cables unplugged?) · Help check and resolve issues real time when needed for the SpaceX Dogfood meeting rooms to ensure meetings can continue and we can get the logs/information needed for issue reporting/debugging. · Ad-hoc support and testing. · Work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically · Understand application functionality · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language. · Collaborate with Developers and Management to understand the technical specifications of the product · Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams · Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
