Job Title:
TPM (Win app developer)Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid role – local candidates only)Duration: 12 Months Yrs. of Exp. : 3 to 5 years of experience Technical Skills:- Person should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Manages activities of supporting program teams, internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program.
- Work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically
- Collaborate with multiple teams at different locations in HP
- Work directly with Product Managers, SME’s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev and QA teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders.
- Passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership
- Planning and execution of project activities.
- Development life cycle (Agile-Scrum/Test Driven Development) methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
- Using software quality assurance tools and processes
- Manage platform schedules and deadlines
- Good understand on application functionality and features
- Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams
- Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
- Window application developer experience in (C, COM) or (C# & WPF).
- Knowledge of ADO
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.
- Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environment
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
