Job DescriptionAn international manufacturing company in the Stafford, TX area is looking for a highly driven FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR / customer service representative. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. Pay is $20 to $24 hourly based on experience and qualifications. 40-hour-week, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. Company offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.Field Service Coordinator will support Field Service Engineers and the VP of Customer Service. Major strengths include strong leadership, excellent communication skills and strong team player who is extremely professional in dealing with all levels of staff and customers. Should have strong work ethic and desire to succeed, self-motivated, able to set effective priorities to achieve immediate and long-term goals and meet operational deadlines. Adhere to company standards and customer relations.

Working with domestic and international customers daily

Quick thinking, fast action, able to work with an all-male diverse group

Producing / Maintaining / Reviewing - Service reports, travel calendar, travel quotes by fax, e-mail or phone

This person speaks with customers daily to arrange service trips; also assist with some duties for the Service Director/Supervisor or training instructor

This person maintains a calendar for all Field Service Engineers service trips; they also schedules airline, hotel and car rentals if trips are out of town; also they order foods / beverages, set-up and breakdown the lunch area required for all training classes etc. and complete all administrative tasks for the department - preparing and processing service orders, prepares quotes via phone, email, fax, maintenance and retention of assigned customer files, spreadsheet.

Able to perform / change various duties whenever needed

General Administrative duties using Outlook and SYTELINE

Knowledge of booking airline tickets, car rentals and hotel rooms

Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Syteline. Good communication skills both verbal and written; must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, filing organized, works well with others, able to multitask assigned duties. Process orders, prepares quotes via phone, email, fax for a variety of machines, reviews large contracts submitted before orders are placed in the system.RequirementsEXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

high school diploma or equivalent / some college or bachelor's degree

Minimum 4 years experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment, engineering / supply chain

Aggressive candidate with a positive, can-do attitude

excellent communication skills both verbal and written, must be detail-oriented and organized

Proficient with a computer and MS Office - SYTELINE (if possible)

able to speak or knowledge in a 2nd language highly preferred
