- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 15 years of Information Technology experience.
- Should have 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP processes.
- Good overall ERP process knowledge in Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Projects, Services and Financials.
- Sufficient experience in Oracle EBS modules that support in Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Projects, Services and Financials.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, PowerBI, Discoverer, Avalara, and Hyperion a plus
- Solid leadership skills that exhibit confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.
- Demonstrates excellent self-management skills to include a high degree of professionalism, planning, and good judgement - strong display of initiative and innovation.
- Ability to manage and meet client expectations

- Analyze existing ERP processes and make recommendations for tactical and strategic changes needed to improve end-user effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop solutions that support accurate and valuable management/financial reporting out of the ERP system
- Ability to analyze requirements from a cross-functional perspective and design optimal solutions
- Have the End-to-End understanding of the company’s business processes
- Ability to lead different tracks of work to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project
- Prepare functional designs as required to implement changes needed to improve process.
- Understand and own the IT Applications portfolio as well as the integration and interaction with the ERP system.
- Work closely with project management to successfully monitor progress IT initiatives to achieve successful business outcomes
- Define clear goals for all aspects of IT Applications projects and manage their proper execution
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify, develop, and achieve opportunities for ERP improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales Team leaders to identify, develop, and achieve opportunities for ERP improvements.
- Collaborate with Executive Management to identify, develop, and achieve opportunities for ERP improvements.
- Create an environment of success. Spend a large part of time interfacing with internal customers.
