Job Description:The Director of Talent Acquisition & Mobility will lead a team with ownership of setting a compelling recruiting strategy and efficient operating model. The role will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle and will ensure the function has the right capabilities to enable an optimized candidate experience.The Director of Talent Acquisition will be influential at the Sr. Management level with the ability to implement tactically at the ground level. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of current and emerging trends in talent acquisition, and a reputation for producing exceptional results by hiring the best, diverse talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with HR Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to identify workforce needs, hot skill areas and capabilities required to strengthen the organization and prepare for future needs Manages key talent acquisition campaigns including but not limited to critical executive new hires, global new graduate/internship hiring, military Veteran outreach, and strategic diversity and inclusion hires. Manages, motivates and develops a global talent acquisition team of Recruiters & Specialists. Leads the strategic direction of recruiting in alignment with long-term business and workforce plans, factoring in market challenges and risks. Assesses and improves the talent acquisition operating model to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and meet our internal client’s needs. Continuously evaluates processes and utilize sound metrics to drive improvement, think beyond the status quo, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives. Partners with HR technology and makes recommendations on enhancement, utilization and full optimization of recruitment technology systems. Contributes recommendations for effective talent acquisition processes and workflows that strengthen the company’s ability to quickly and effectively attract, assess, select, hire and onboard talent. Establishes sourcing and recruiting research strategies to create a viable, sustainable pipeline of exceptional, diverse talent. Educates stakeholders and promotes Talent Acquisition policies on topics such as agency use, job posting requirements, Affirmative Action and social recruiting. Ensures legal compliance with regard to all talent acquisition initiatives and Affirmative Action planning. Set strategy and manage Outsourced Mobility program. Oversee Global Expats and Project Hire assignment provisions Develops and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Key Stakeholders including Shared Services Team who support Talent Acquisition processes.
