Electrical EngineerSugar Land - United StatesUnder general direction to the TLM Electrical Team lead or TLM Manager of a product line, provide engineering skills to assist in providing innovative and cost effective solutions for developing technology improvements to commercial products. Assist in planning, conducting and evaluating approaches to meeting the project objectives in a timely fashion. Work independently based on objectives defined to meet individual or team objectivesRoles and Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing production technical challenges (evaluation of non-conformances, requests to process improvements & design risk)

Complete root cause analysis of failure modes occurring in either field operations or manufacturing production for electrical technologies

Identify process improvements or innovations to improve product line performance

Participate in new technology design reviews

Independently execute testing to validate any new design iterations or production changes

Participate in eureka technical community by sharing expertise (authoring papers, lessons learned or best practices)

Mentor younger electrical engineers as applicable based on technical expertise gained in external organization

Compliance with applicable company policies (Personnel, Quality System, Health/Safety/Environment standards and procedures)

Qualifications and Experience:

Digital and analog electronics PWA design

Test engineering and design for manufacturability/testability

Electronics troubleshooting techniques

Embedded software development (with DSPs, uControllers, and/or FPGAs),

Motor testing/design/manufacture
