Position: Data Solution Architect Location: Temple, TX Duration: Long TermJob Description:•Work with multiple teams to deliver solutions on the Azure Cloud using core cloud data warehouse tools (Azure Databricks, SQL Server and other Big Data related technologies). •In addition to building the next generation of application data platforms (not infrastructure) and/or improving recent implementations. •Must be able to analyze data and develop strategies for populating data lakes (Databrick – Delta Lake).•Architect to manage the software development process and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently. The responsibilities of architect include assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality information technology architecture.•Guide the customer with the best practice and come up with solutions and road map•Creating suitable DevOps channels across the organization.•Facilitating the development process and operationsKey Responsibilities:•Work as part of a team to develop Cloud Data and Analytics solutions•Participate in development of cloud data warehouses, data as a service, business intelligence solutions•Ability to provide solutions that are forward-thinking in data and analytics•Deliver a quality product•Coding complex U-SQL, Spark (Scala or Python). T-SQL•Developing Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Azure Stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks)Technical Skills:•Able to design technical solution and provide high level cost estimation along with pros and cons.•Should have knowledge about Azure service cost calculation and projection, data security, disaster recovery etc.•Good understand on Azure services (ADF, ADLS, Databrick, Azure Synapse) related to Data transformation and analytics)•Good experience with ETL development using Azure Data Factory or SSIS and Azure Data Lake Analytics•Azure Data Lake Store Expertise on Azure Active Directory RBAC policies•Experience with Data warehousing and SSAS concepts•Understand Dimensional Data Modelling (Star and Snowflake Schema and Multi-dimensional cubes)•Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling•Working knowledge of automation service provisioning and middleware configuration•Azure architecting, designing, and implementation experience including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS•Automation experience for the deployment and configuration of Azure resources•Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, YML, Terraforms, AKS (Kubernetes), Linux•Building and supporting mission critical systems for large enterprises•Experience using Agile methodologies and tools•Strong knowledge of cloud security including encryption, key management, tenant isolation, firewall, risk assessment•Azure Synapse Analytics (Dedicated SQL Pool, ADLS Gen2, Data Flows, Data Pipelines, Notebook, Serverless SQL Pool), •Cosmos DB, Experience creating API's and using APIM, Experience with IOT Hub and event Hub•Exposure to Kafka and SAPRegardsSuneratech IncVacancy expired!
