Laboratory Technician – Temple, TXImmediate Job OpeningsKelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking Laboratory Technician for one of our top clients in Temple, TX.As a Laboratory Technician, you will oversee all aspects of QA Laboratory. Responsible for managing and performing QA activities that support ongoing efforts of production and quality.Main Responsibilities:
Provide timely, consistent, accurate and precise analysis of control, in-process, and finished product samples and raw material samples
Perform evaluation of test results and release products for shipment
Assist in the implementation and operation of technical applications testing for finished goods
Maintain supplies related to equipment
Perform evaluation of testing accuracy and related test results
Product and track Certificate of Analysis for each production batch and mixture
Product/Sample coordination and sample requests, shipment preparation, processing and shipment
Controls sample storage and shelf life to ensure proper materials are used for sample preparation
Job Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 1 year prior work experience in a lab environment
Working knowledge of various types of laboratory equipment including balances, HPLC, GC, Viscometers and pH analyzers
Must be able to apply to properly operate, maintain and improve the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
