Looking to hire immediately!Essential Functions:Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenantsAct as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property marketAdvertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materialsDetermine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customersConfirm rental application data and personal referencesStay knowledgeable of the property market statusProvide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close dealsEnsure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodicallyMinimum Requirements:Proven working experience as leasing agentWorking knowledge of real estate law and leasing practicesProven track of successful sales recordUp to date with property market statusMS Office familiarityExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPersuasive with marketing and sales skillsCustomer service orientationBS degree in real estate or similarHours:M-F 8:00am 5:00PM
