Looking to hire immediately!Essential Functions:Checks all lights and replaces as necessaryPaints interior and exterior surfaces as requiredReplaces or repairs windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closetsAssists in changing or removing appliances from apartmentChecks faucets and sink plugs, and repairs/replaces as necessaryPerforms exterior repairs to sinks and bathtubs when warrantedRepairs or replaces curtains, mini-blinds, and ceiling fansRepairs plaster holes in walls and paints as necessaryPerforms minor repairs/replacementsChanges A/C filtersOperates carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpetsiMinimum Requirements:Ability to exercise high degree of tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff and residentsStanding and lifting up to 60 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and working in cramped positionsMust have your own toolsiHours:Varies
