The Clinic Operations Manager plans, organizes, develops and manages the overall operations of a division. This includes financial responsibility, facility management, staffing, and building relationships with other departments. The Clinic Operations Manager has responsibility for managing staff, budget, physician relations, facilities resourcing, compliance activities, operations planning, process improvement and inter-department relations; and executing short term and mid-range plans. The ideal candidate will possess basic understanding of the revenue cycle and how the work unit fits into the overall plan. Will have a professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to relate to others including patients, employees, coworkers, senior management, vendors and the general public. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle difficult people and situations.
