Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking an Plant Manager for one of our top manufacturing clients in Temple TX. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.This person will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are met. Monitor and oversee employees, production and efficiency and trigger corrective actions.This position is directly responsible for the following operations: Maintenance, Production and Warehouse. Experience in OSHA Guidelines, PSM, PHA, Prevention and Predictive Maintenance.
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
-Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Computer literacy
Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a chemical plant manager
Education:
A BS degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
