Job Description
Freddy's General Managers have the title of Restaurant Operating Partner as they run the business as their own and share in the financial success. Restaurant Operating Partners should bechallenge-seeking, independent andfast-paced and have at least 2-3years of current Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience.
Qualifications
- Current General Manager or Assistant General Manager 2-3years minimum experience in the restaurant industry required
- History of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, product quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Valid Driver's License
- Competitive Base Salary $50,000 to$55,000
- $5,000 signing bonus
- MONTHLYperformance bonus
